This gorgeous vintage set of classic Ercol swan dining chairs feature a highback hoop back.
Originally they had a flaking dark brown traditional finish but Glasshouse Girl has bought them bang up to date by stripping the seat pad back to bare wood and refinishing the back/base in black acrylic paint.
Some of the original stain has been left on the seat pad giving it a stylish dark wood grain finish that perfectly compliments the black.
The chairs have been finished with oil making them a smooth velvety to the touch.
Dimensions: 960mm high / 420mm to top of seat pad.

The chair was completely disassembled, sanded back to the bare wood and undercoated. Each of the stick was painted in a different rainbow colour and the main frame of the chair painted in a matt black acrylic paint.
Once reassembled the chair was topcoated with a satin varnish to keep if looking beautiful and make it hard wearing.

Grey and White Mock Croc Console Table / Narrow Desk
This sexy and stylish console table was restyled in our popular 'Croc' design.
The flat surfaces have been decoupaged in grey mock croc or alligator textural wallpaper which is soft to the touch and feels as if it is luxurious leather.
The cabriole style legs and edging were handpainted in 'Huix de Noir' an Autentico paint which gives in another layer of textural style.
The piece has been finished with multiple thin layers of a resin based varnish to protect it and make it practical for everyday use.
A useful storage drawer with two silver traditional style handles completes the look.

Grey Roses Faded Elegance Oak Chairs
These farmhouse style ladder back solid oak chairs just ooze faded elegance. They are traditional chairs made from solid oak but have been given an edgy modern finish.

The grey and white finish has been created through the use of dry brushing techniques and rubbing in paint washes. This gives is a look that from a distance is like metal or stone. Up close you can see gentle distressing which exposes little glimpses of the lovely oak underneath.
The seat pads have been fully replaced with extra-thick (and comfy) fire retardant foam and covered in this lovely vintage Warwick fabric (Monance design) which is a soft beige linen and cotton blend upholstery fabric with dark carbon grey and navy blue roses with a few chocolate brown leaves.
Dimensions - 450mm deep, 400mm wide and 485mm to top of seat pad or 940mm overall height from floor to top of chair back.
They would look equally gorgeous at your dining room table, in the hallway, at a desk or even a dressing table!
