I gladly accept returns and exchanges in the unlikely event that you are not delighted with your purchase.
You must contact me within: 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
You must then arrange to ship items back to: Glasshouse Girl, 19 Lynton Mead, London, N20 8DG within: 30 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once received, you will be refunded the original sales price exc. delivery costs.
But please contact me first if you have any problems with your order to see if we can resolve it.
